Dervla Kelly
Occupational Therapist
Dervla is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has practised across Ireland, the UK and Australia, working within community, clinic and regional settings to support paediatric and adult participants with diverse needs.
Dervla holds a Masters of Occupational Therapy, which builds on her qualification in early childhood studies. This strong multidisciplinary background enables her to take a holistic and person-centered approach to assessment and intervention. She is particularly passionate about integrating neuro-affirming principles into her clinical practice. Dervla is proactive and dedicated to fostering positive therapeutic relationships and actively involving participants and their support networks throughout the therapy process. She is committed to helping individuals develop the skills, confidence and independence required to achieve their personal goals and maximise their participation in all aspects of life.
Jahnavi Shah
Occupational Therapist
Jahnavi completed her Doctor of Occupational Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts and has over 6 years of clinical experience. She has worked across homes, schools, clinics and community settings.
She is passionate about providing neuroaffirming and person led therapy. Jahnavi loves getting to know each person, discovering what motivates them, and partnering with families and their support systems to create meaningful and engaging therapy that builds on each person's unique strengths and interests.
When she's not at work, you'll usually find Jahnavi with a good book, trying a new arts and crafts project or exploring Melbourne cafes!
Erin Amaba
Occupational Therapist
Erin is an Occupational Therapist who holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Inje University in South Korea. Growing up alongside her younger brother with Down syndrome inspired her passion for Occupational Therapy and continues to shape her commitment to supporting the neurodivergent population.
Erin's practice is evidence based, family centred and neurodiversity affirming. She believes therapy should adapt to each individual's strengths, values and goals, empowering clients to make informed decisions wherever possible. Her international experience across the Philippines, South Korea and the United States has shaped her appreciation for culturally responsive practice.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring cafés over an iced Americano, spending time by the water and practising yoga.
Rose Joyner
Speech Pathologist
Rose is a Speech Pathologist who holds a Master of Speech Pathology and a Master of Teaching. Before becoming a Speech Pathologist, Rose worked as a primary school teacher for five years, where she developed a strong interest in supporting communication, learning and participation.
