Clinical Psychologist
Hanna is a warm, curious, and creative psychologist who values building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients from all walks of life. She particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents, families and young adults in areas including: anxiety, depression, mood concerns, emotion regulation challenges, neurodivergence, social and relationship difficulties, self-esteem and identity.
Hanna is also skilled in administering assessments for ADHD, Autism, Specific Learning Disorders, cognitive and academic functioning. She values providing meaningful recommendations following assessment, so that individuals and families feel confident in understanding what steps to take next.
Hanna draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. She values helping individuals not only work through their challenges but also work with the many strengths that they bring. She enjoys working collaboratively with parents and schools to support the needs of children and adolescents.
