Brooke Rubenstein

Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar)

Brooke is a supportive, relational registered psychologist, currently completing her Clinical Registrar program. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting a range of presentations including anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, school and university stress, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and relational concerns. Alongside therapy, she has experience conducting ADHD and cognitive assessments.

She has experience across private practice and school-based settings and particularly enjoys supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, life transitions, and the move toward adulthood.

Her therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic, and relational approaches. She is especially interested in somatic work and the ways it can help young people connect with emotions and experiences that can sometimes feel difficult to put into words. She also values exploring how relational experiences and attachment patterns shape the way people understand themselves and others. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected is central to meaningful therapeutic work.
