Atara Lebransky

Atara Lebransky is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) holding a Masters of Speech Pathology. She has always had a special interest and passion for supporting autistic individuals and those with co-occurring conditions. She understands that navigating the social sphere can be challenging and sometimes extra guidance is needed. Atara also has extensive experience supporting clients with selective mutism. Through building social skills and supporting communication, she is motivated to empower and renew people's sense of self confidence, independence, resilience and optimism for the future.
Atara undertook training with world renowned Clinical Psychologist, Dr Elizabeth Laugeson at UCLA and was a recipient of the PEERS® program adolescent training scholarship. She has presented alongside leading paediatricians and researchers at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Murdoch Children's Research Institute, including Dr Billy Garvey and Professor Sharon Goldstein. Atara is a certified Tuning in to Teens® facilitator, having completed training through the University of Melbourne. This evidence-based parenting program supports parents to strengthen emotional connection and communication with their adolescents.
In addition, Atara has extensive experience supporting gender diverse clients with their voice transition and is the co-founder of the app VoiceShift.
